Outside of work, she's passionate about building efficient systems and elevating service standards, and she enjoys spending time with her daughter Gracie, traveling, fitness, and optimizing just about everything around her.
Dulce Soto
Dulce specializes in residential property management, with experience overseeing both multifamily and single-family homes. She manages leasing, tenant communication, maintenance coordination, and day-to-day property operations.
Known for organization, responsiveness, and a calm approach under pressure, Dulce makes sure no detail falls through the cracks. Outside of work, she stays active, spends time with her dog, and keeps learning and growing.

Whether he's developing new systems, refining existing workflows, or solving complex problems, Chase is focused on helping Asset Locale grow and operate at its highest potential. Outside of work, he's training for marathons and triathlons when he isn't cheering on his wife and three daughters.
Francisca Ifeoma
Francisca focuses on short-term rental management, hospitality, process improvement, and operational coordination, helping the team stay organized while enhancing the client and guest experience. With a background in business management, she's passionate about creating efficient systems that keep operations running smoothly.
She's known for being organized, results-driven, and a strong communicator with a proactive approach. Outside of work, Francisca enjoys cooking, traveling, recharging in quiet spaces, and sharing lighthearted humor with the people she loves.

Daniel is a Leasing Associate at Asset Locale with a growing background in real estate. His experience includes a brokerage internship with Corcoran Icon Properties, along with his involvement in the Spartan Real Estate Association. Through these experiences, Daniel has developed a strong interest in the real estate industry and is working toward making real estate development his primary area of expertise.
He's known for being organized, dependable, communicative, proactive, and highly competitive. His passion for real estate began at an early age through his father, who managed and built homes. Outside of work, Daniel enjoys watching movies, playing basketball, working out, and competing in just about anything that turns into a game.
Carmen Perez
Carmen specializes in leasing support, tenant relations, and property operations, bringing a background in real estate, business, and finance. She's known for her approachable personality, attention to detail, and willingness to learn — and she's passionate about growing her knowledge of commercial real estate and creating positive experiences for tenants and clients.
Outside of work, Carmen enjoys spending time with her family and her dog, working out, traveling to new places, and horseback riding. She has a particular love for animals and will probably stop to say hello to just about any dog she meets.
